It is our aim first and foremost to create an environment that is comfortable and puts you at ease. All of our personal training sessions take place at a private personal training studio where there will never be more than a few people working with their own personal trainers.
Often the biggest misconception is that you should be at a certain level of strength or fitness before you can use a personal trainer. This is a massively limiting belief as we are the best place to start if you have absolutely no experience. We will always start you at the most basic level before progressing while learning gold standard technique for each and every movement. For every bit of effort you put in, you reap the rewards without making time consuming mistakes. Rory will also ensure that you don’t develop any bad habits early on and give you a truly personalised fitness experience.
First we’ll sit down for a relaxed chat to find out what your previous experiences have been, where you are at now and where you would like to be. Thereafter we perform a basic movement assessment while coach Rory takes some notes that he will use in your program design if you decide to sign up. Then we can discuss how I will be able to assist you and what it’s going to take on your part so that you have a clear idea of how you are going to achieve your proposed goal.
